Beau M. McMillin, Senior Partner

Beau represents clients  in a large array of the oil and gas industry issues.  His primary practice includes the preparation of Oklahoma and North Dakota drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions. Additionally, Beau counsels clients in acquisitions, divestitures, joint operating agreements, farmout agreements, and Oklahoma Corporation Commission proceedings. Finally, he is a proficient  negotiator in  contracts, leases, resolving mineral/royalty disputes, surface damage issues and real estate issues relating to quiet title proceedings. 


Before completing law school, Beau was an agent certified by the NFLPA where he negotiated exhaustive contracts under multiple collective bargaining agreements. 

After getting a taste for professional sports, he went to work for a major  exploration and production  company in the Oklahoma City area. There, he prepared numerous title opinions, advised Legal, Land, Division Orders, A&D departments, prepared curative documents, and  complex contracts  with outside E&P companies.
