Brooke H. Unruh, Senior Partner

Brooke’s practice includes estate planning and the preparation of Oklahoma and Wyoming drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions.  Prior to joining Dovedan & McMillin, PLLC, Brooke worked as a title attorney at a major exploration and production company in Oklahoma City where she prepared Oklahoma title opinions and advised Land, Legal, Division Order, and A&D departments on title issues.  Before working as an in-house title attorney, Brooke prepared Oklahoma drilling title opinions in private practice and represented clients in acquisitions and divestitures.       In her  10 plus years as a title attorney, Brooke has examined numerous court orders and related instruments distributing property upon an owner's death.  This experience emphasized the importance of having a plan in place and provided the foundation to incorporate estate planning into her practice.
